Returns
Plant material may be returned 14 days from date of purchase in the exact same condition as it was sold with a receipt. Please water and care for the plant material as dry and unkept material will not be accepted for return.

Under no circumstances can any plant that has been removed from its container be returned. The potential for soil contamination disallows us to accept these plants back.

All indoor/ Gift items may be returned 14 days from date of purchase.

No chemicals or applicators can be returned at any time. In the effort of providing a safe environment for our customers and staff we cannot accept any used product of this nature.

Warranty
We are happy to provide, so long as the planting instructions are followed, a guarantee entitling you to a store credit for the original purchase price should a plant not survive within one year from the date of purchase.  Due to their sensitive nature; roses, ornamental grasses and perennials are guaranteed to the first frost of the same season.  There is no guarantee on any annual product.  No refunds will be given for material purchases at a discount.  There is no warranty on material that has been ascertained through our replacement policy.  Russell’s Tree & Shrub Farm, LLC is not responsible for any labor or planting costs incurred by the customer.  Wholesale customers: (any customer type beginning with WH_) we give no warranty expressed or implied as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock we sell.  Please count all products as they are being loaded.  Once you leave missed quantities cannot be verified or honored.
