Plant material may be returned 14 days from date of purchase in the exact same condition as it was sold. Please water and care for the plant material as dry and unkempt material will not be accepted for return.

No chemicals or applicators can be returned at any time. In the effort of providing a safe environment for our customers and staff we cannot accept any used product of this nature.

Under no circumstances can any plant that has been removed from its container be returned. The potential for soil contamination disallows us to accept these plants back.

Retail customers: We are happy to provide, so long as the planting instructions are followed, a guarantee entitling you to a store credit for the original purchase price should a plant not survive within one year from the date of purchase.
Due to their sensitive nature; roses, ornamental grasses and perennials are guaranteed to the first frost of the same season. There is no warranty on any annual product. There is no warranty on material that has been ascertained through our replacement policy. Russell's Tree & Shrub Farm, LLC is not liable for any labor or planting costs related to installation of replacements.
